TOP Warranty:Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials & workmanship. There are no warranties expressed or implied other than the warranties supplied by the manufacturers of the products we sell unless stated by Paintball World. Warranty work can be referred to Paintball World, and we will instruct you on what you need to do next. Shipping and any related costs such as brokerage, duty, or labor incurred both to and from Paintball World and/or the manufacturer or the product(s) in question if necessary or required will remain the complete responsibility of the customer. Paintball World is not responsible for component compatibility with any of the products we sell either on our site or in our store. This includes but is not limited to: functionality, accessibility, useability, color matching, anodizing, polishing, dusting, fading, plastic or gel component coloring and translucence (loader shells and grips) matching, or color consistency or exactness of similar items manufactured. If you are absolutely specific on exact compatibility of the items you are buying from us from one item to another, or are extremely specific on color matching and anodizing, please CALL 780-963-4006 to discuss your order before making it, or insure your order comments include "EXACT" specifications for your order. Most of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. If you're unsure what it is, feel free to email and ask. MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR INSUFFICIENT REPAIR KNOWLEDGE ON YOUR PART IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY OFFERED, EXPESSED OR IMPLIED! Items which are considered "consumables" are never covered under any warranty. Again, if you're unsure what a consumable item is, please ask. TOP Sale Items:Items that are on sale at Paintball World are final and will not be available for exchange or return. We cannot guarantee exact color based on order, compatibility, functionality, craftsmanship, etc., but we will do our best to ensure that you get what you order. All warranty for sale items are referred directly to the manufacturer unless covered by our standard warranty commitments to the applicable manufacturers. All items purchased on a sale must be paid for during the sale, or the sale price will not apply. Any order cancellations during our sale will be applicable against our return fee. TOP Returns:Paintball World will gladly offer an exchange or store credit on most product sent back for return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 20 days of receipt by completing our return form. At that time we will issue you store credit. Some products may not be returned for any reasons. Please contact us for more information. Paintball World reserves the right to determine which items we wish to receive as a return. A return form is required for all returns. We will not process any returns without this return form. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt. Returns after 20 days will not be accepted. Clothing of any kind must be returned in an unused condition with tags still attached. Goggles and protective wear are non-returnable once purchased. All original packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, parts and accessories must be included. Any free or promotional items offered with an item must be returned as well. A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. Sale items cannot be returned. Refund amount will be for thecurrent price of the item, not the price you purchased it at. Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable. If you have a question email us or call Paintball World at1-780-963-4006. Open or used products returned will be subject to a higher restocking fee to be determined upon return. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used extensively and shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 40-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, wash, use, oil, air up, open, remove, damage, or otherwise manipulate. Paintball World will gladly exchange anything it sells except items that are not permitted for return for other merchandise purchased from Paintball World for no fee, provided the product is unused and unopened. Used or open products will still incur a re-stocking fee based on condition. You are still responsible for the freight to and from Paintball World for the exchange, or feel free to stop by in our store. Orders can only be canceled prior to being shipped. An order that is already en route is exactly that, and cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Store credit amounting to under $10.00 will automatically be added to a future purchase. We cannot give any refunds or exchange on paintballs, grenades or paint products, and we do not accept refunds on discontinued products. TOP |
