2. What taxes will be added to my purchase?
Just GST will be added to your total.
3. Can I order a product you don't have listed on your site?
We deal with almost every major distributor, so the odds are good that we can find what you are looking for. If you would like to place a special order please fill out this form.
4. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
5. Why is US pricing sometimes cheaper than Canadian pricing?
The upfront price may occasionally be a little bit cheaper, but be sure to keep in mind the extra shipping costs, exchange rate, and the duties you will have to pay at the border. It all adds up.
6. I've been to your store. Why are the prices there different?
The prices between our physical location and our online location are usually pretty close, but they can sometimes be a few dollars off. If you buy a product online, you have to pay for shipping and insurance in addition to the item. When we stock a product in-store, we have to pay shipping as well. So the prices may look a little different, but they work out to roughly the same no matter where you are.
We want you to buy your paintball gear from us, and we'll do what we can for you. We will match the price of any Canadian retailer. Simply email us a link and we will change our price. We can only match competitors who are in Canada and who have the particular product in stock.
8. How long will my order take?
That depends on a number of things. Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday. If the products you've ordered are physically in stock, they will most likely be shipped that day. If the product is not physically in stock in our shop, it may take an additional two weeks. You will not be billed for an order until it is ready to ship, and you will be notified when it is shipped. If we are expecting any problems fulfilling your order, or if we are expecting a long wait, we will contact you first. If you would like to check if we have your item physically in stock, please call us at 780-963-4006. We'll be happy to help.
Once an order is shipped, the time it takes to arrive depends entirely on Canada Post. We will provide a shipping number and order number for you to track your order.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. It can be returned, as we explain below. If your order has not been shipped, it can be canceled. Please call us at 780-963-4006 with your order number and we will cancel it for you.

13. I'm a Pass Holder at Young Guns Paintball, does my discount still apply?
It does! You don't think we'd forget about our loyal Pass Holders, do you? It takes a couple extra steps for you to apply, but its worth it. You will need to create an account with us prior to placing your order. Once your account is created, fill out the form on the "Contact" page with your first and last name, and lets us know that you would like your 5% discount. We will cross-check your name with our database of Pass Holders and add you to the list, which entitles you to a permenant 5% off sale.
